Meet Our Founder & President

Ann-Marie Zoe Coore

At the helm of Sagacious Minds Opened is Ann-Marie Zoe Coore, a global leader, passionate advocate for education, healthcare consulting expert, and mentor dedicated to transforming lives across generations. With over 25 years of experience in strategy, program development, and business leadership, Ann-Marie brings a powerful blend of expertise in education, digital transformation, nonprofit innovation, and community empowerment.
Her vision for creating Sagacious Minds Opened is deeply rooted in her belief that literacy is more than reading and writing, it is a gateway to self-discovery, empowerment, and boundless opportunity. She is passionate about developing tools that allow children and families to learn, grow, and lead through storytelling, faith, and cultural identity.

A Legacy of Global Impact & Empowerment

In 1999, Ann-Marie founded The Coore Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to working with youth ages 10–25 in low-income communities around the world, focusing on sexual and reproductive health, literacy, and crime prevention. Through this work, she has directly trained over 10 thousand youths in 61 countries, helping young people break cycles of poverty and unlock new possibilities for their futures.
To build on this empowerment foundation, she launched I Am A Quintessential Woman in 2017, a transformative platform designed to help women overcome adversity, reclaim their power, and achieve their life goals. Through mentorship, workshops, retreats and conferences, she has supported hundreds of women globally to unleash their essential self and walk boldly in their purpose.

An Accomplished Author & Literacy Champion

Ann-Marie is also the President & Founder of her publishing company GOD ROCKS and its children’s division, the Global Reading Room. She has authored 14 of the 22 children’s books in the Global Reading Room Catalog, that will be used in the Sagacious Minds Opened curriculum. Her books are housed at www.thereadingroom.world, where culturally rich, faith-centered stories introduce children to characters and values that reflect their lives and shape their future. Her books are crafted to inspire critical thinking, cultural pride, and confidence in young readers across the globe.

At the head of the board for Sagacious Minds Opened is Delroy Walker, a dynamic leader, visionary engineer, published author, and passionate advocate for generational impact. Born and raised in Jamaica, Delroy’s life journey reflects perseverance, purpose, and an unwavering commitment to transformation. After migrating to the United States, he earned his degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland, which launched a remarkable career spanning global innovation, entrepreneurship, and leadership.

Delroy has held pivotal roles in companies around the world, from designing semiconductor manufacturing equipment to managing engineering teams and leading international operations. His entrepreneurial ventures in financial planning and renewable energy further reflect his drive to create sustainable, purpose-led solutions that improve lives and protect the future.

Serving as Chief Financial Officer of Sagacious Minds Opened, Brittani-Ann Campbell brings a unique global lens to financial stewardship and strategic program oversight. As an Attorney with a focus on International business & Finance, and having a B.A. in International Relations, specializing in International Development, Global Security, and Conflict Resolution, Brittani-Ann is a dynamic leader deeply committed to justice, equity, and sustainable impact across borders. Her professional journey spans global nonprofits and international organizations, where she served as Youth Vice President of Global Projects, leading initiatives that tackled complex global challenges through education, diplomacy, finance and strategic development. A Global Mindset with a Heart for Community Experienced in financial and program management for Wall Street, nonprofits, NGOs, and development-focused initiatives. Passionate about youth empowerment, and conflict resolution. Skilled in project coordination, qualitative research, policy analysis, and international diplomacy.

Christine is passionate about creating programs that uplift families, promote literacy, and inspire people to live on purpose. Dr. Raymond Terry, Sr.

Global Health Systems Strategist | Champion for Community Empowerment | Mentor for the Next Generation Dr. Raymond Terry, Sr. brings decades of international experience in health systems strengthening, strategic partnerships, and global development to Sagacious Minds Opened. With a heart for uplifting vulnerable communities and a global mindset forged through service across Africa, the Caribbean, and the United States, Dr. Terry is a respected leader in health policy, strategic planning, and capacity-building. He currently serves as the Coordinator of the Office of Global Health Initiatives at Morgan State University’s School of Community Health and Policy and has previously taught at the University of Maryland and Howard University for over 20 years. A gifted educator and mentor, Dr. Terry is passionate about equipping the next generation of diverse health leaders to create systems that are equitable, sustainable, and culturally responsive. Dr. Terry’s leadership spans faith-based, governmental, and nonprofit sectors. He has developed community health center plans and service delivery models, secured grants for global health programs, and served as a United Nations Delegate on Health Systems Planning in Africa. His dedication to empowering young leaders has led him to mentor youth of African descent in the U.S., connecting them to global initiatives in Jamaica, Haiti, Cuba, and Trinidad.
